Multiline Auxiliary

Multilines group together a number of analogue lines under a single telephone number, enabling you to make or receive numerous calls at the same time.  Multilines can either be terminated on individual line boxes or into a telephone system.

The following Calling Features are available on multiple analogue lines.  Click the product name for further details and usage instructions.

Outbound Call Barring - admin or customer controlled;
Inbound Call Barring - admin or customer controlled;
Call Diversion - divert incoming calls to another UK number or mobile, you can control the divert yourself from your handset;
Smart Divert - same as the above Call Diversion but with the added benefit of being able to control the divert remotely - useful if you can't access your office and need to place an emergency divert on your lines;
Call Minder - voicemail service;
Call Return (1471) - find out the last number that called you and return the call;
Call Waiting - a gentle beep alerts you that another call is coming in. You then have the option to end the original call and take the new call, swap between both calls, or continue with your current call;
Caller Display - display the telephone number that is calling you;

Three Way Calling;
